This accommodation plunges you into the heart of the Vendée bocage, 4 km from the market town of Pouzauges, which has been awarded the Petite Cité de Caractère® label. During your stay, enjoy Swimming at Lake de l'Espérance (6.5 km), exploring the Château de Saint-Mesmin (8.5 km), discovering the Réaumur science manor (12 km), and visiting the famous Puy du Fou (22 km). If you want to go a little further afield, don't miss a visit to the Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park (Venise Verte, 72 km) or the coastal resort of Les Sables d'Olonne (80 km).

The first floor features an entrance hall, separate toilet and living room/kitchen. On the attic floor with exposed beams (minimum height: 1.72m), you'll find two bedrooms, each with a private shower room and toilet: "Le Goupil" with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), and "La Hulotte" with 3 single beds (90cm), 2 of which can be twinned. You'll benefit from an unfenced plot with a covered terrace (garden furniture, gas hob), a lounge, a petanque area, an enclosed kennel for your four-legged friends, and four parking spaces.

The Holiday cottage is adjoining the owners' home.
