Stay in the heart of the Vendée and discover its capital, La Roche sur Yon (7 km), through its historic center and the Moulin Papon Lake and Les Ajoncs airfield (4 km). In the center of the département, there are numerous destinations for leisure activities: O'Gliss Park water park (38 km), Puy du Fou and even the coastline with the beaches of Brétignolles-sur-Mer (48 km).

This restored barn in a hamlet offers, on the first floor (with internal steps), a living room/kitchen, a shower room/WC and a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find an attic bedroom (1.80m at its highest, 0.97m at its lowest) with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, and a second attic bedroom (1.80m at its lowest) with a 160cm bed. You'll enjoy a 50 m² private enclosed garden with terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue) at the rear of the Holiday cottage, an enclosed patio at the front, and a private parking space in front of the Holiday cottage.

The Semi-detached house is attached to the owners' garage, and in the immediate vicinity of their home.
