Private parking, summer kitchen and sanitary facilities (shower and toilet) near the covered area. Private heated swimming pool (4x7m) open from May to September. 50 km from Puy du Fou and La Rochelle, 20 km from the Marais Poitevin. The town of Fontenay-le-Comte and its racetrack are 10 km away.

The Holiday cottage comprises 3 bedrooms on the ground floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and private shower room/WC (PRM-accessible), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm); a bathroom (shower and bath); a separate WC, a shower room, a lounge, a living room/kitchen and a sitting area overlooking the Piscine. A summer kitchen, a dining area, a shower room and a toilet are located under a canopy overlooking the Piscine. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 with 140cm beds and 2 with 2 90cm beds, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC and a relaxation area for Kids.
