The Holiday cottage is located in a quiet hamlet on a 1-hectare property, lush with greenery and flowers, easily accessible, 20 minutes from the Beach. You can enjoy the private terrace, the gazebo with garden furniture and the wooded grounds, where you can play boules, shuffleboard and table soccer. For the Kids, there's plenty of room for ball games. The beaches of St Gilles Croix de Vie, Saint Jean de Monts, Notre Dame de Monts and La Barre de Monts, as well as the passage of the Gois to the Ile de Noirmoutier, are 25 km away. The Baie de Bourgneuf and Pornic are also popular outings. A day trip to Ile d'Yeu is also possible, with morning and evening boat trips. Hiking trails can be started from the Holiday cottage.

The Holiday cottage was renovated in 2015,the bedrooms and hallway part has just been renovated in March 2025.
It adjoins the owner's home. It comprises a living room/kitchen, shower room, laundry room, 1 separate toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160) (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90). Interior steps. A library and board games are available, as is a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Wifi access.
