Renovated house in the Countryside, 8 km from Challans and 6 km from Commequiers. The accommodation is close to the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (20 km) and Saint-Jean-de-Monts (22 km), and 35 km from the bridge at Noirmoutier. The Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' home, comprises a ground-floor living room/kitchen, a first bedroom (1 bed 140) with shower and WC, and a second bedroom (1 bed 160) with separate shower room and WC. Upstairs, a covered staircase in the entrance veranda leads to a third bedroom (1 bed 160 + 2 pull-out beds 90) with separate shower room and WC. A glass door in the living room gives access from inside to the covered, heated swimming pool (3.20x7.20m), open all year round. The Piscine room has a shower and access to a 4th separate toilet. Piscine water is treated with salt. Outside, fully enclosed garden, gravelled courtyard for parking several cars, covered terrace (summer kitchen with barbecue, outdoor games), open terrace (tables and chairs, deckchairs), pétanque court. Second wooded area opposite the house (garden furniture, hammocks). Bikes provided by owners. The house is surrounded by natural organic meadows on a hillside, with suckler cows grazing from May to October.
