Gîte de la Grande Furetière

Nestled in the heart of nature, the Grande Furetière holiday cottage offers a peaceful setting in the Vendée countryside, just 10 minutes from the beaches and shops of Les Sables-d’Olonne. Enjoy absolute tranquility and lush green surroundings, all while staying close to all the amenities you need. Newly renovated, this former barn is ideal for families, couples, groups of friends, or reunions with old friends.

This renovated barn, which includes the holiday cottage and the owner’s residence as adjoining units, consists, on the ground floor (accessible via interior steps), a spacious living/dining/kitchen area with a wood-pellet stove, a laundry area, a separate toilet, and three bedrooms—two of which feature a 160-bed, and one featuring a 160-bed and two 90-beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find a fourth bedroom with a 160-bed and two 90-beds, along with a private bathroom/toilet and a walk-in closet.
You’ll enjoy an unfenced property with a terrace of approximately 30m² (outdoor furniture, gas grill, lounge chairs), a heated Piscine (5 x 10 m) open from May through September, a ping-pong table, and a pétanque court.
All-inclusive rate (heating, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, and towels).

Bicycle Rental: Bicycles can be rented for the entire duration of your stay and will be delivered directly to the holiday cottage before your arrival. Please feel free to contact me in advance to get a personalized quote and arrange your reservation.

Information about the outdoor areas: Some outdoor improvements are still being finalized. This does not prevent you from using the garden, but a few enhancements are planned for the coming months.
