This renovated barn comprises, on the first floor (with internal steps), a vast living room/kitchen with pellet stove, a laundry area, an independent toilet and three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a 160cm bed and one with a 160cm bed and two 90cm beds. Each bedroom has its own shower room and WC. Upstairs, you'll find a fourth bedroom with a 160cm bed and two 90cm beds, its own shower room/WC and dressing room. The grounds are not fenced, and include a 30m² terrace (garden furniture, gas and charcoal barbecues, deckchairs), a heated Piscine (5 x 10 m) open from May to September, and a ping-pong table in the courtyard.
