Situated in the Countryside, this Holiday cottage welcomes you to the heart of nature, 2.5 km from the village of Poiroux. Young and old alike will appreciate the proximity of the Folie de Finfarine (3 km), the Château des Aventuriers (4 km) and the O'Gliss Park water park (14 km). You can also visit Talmont-Saint-Hilaire (7 km), with its medieval castle, beaches and oyster port. Don't forget to stock up on local produce at the Bergerie du Brandais (3.5 km)!

On the first floor, this Holiday cottage comprises a living room/kitchen and a storeroom. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed, one with 2 90cm beds and one with a 90cm bed, a shower room and separate toilet. There's also an unfenced garden with garden furniture, loungers and a barbecue. You can park 2 cars in front of the house. The Holiday cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of the owners' home and their free-range poultry farm. It adjoins an unoccupied outbuilding. Access to the house is via a path. Bed linen (beds made on arrival) and heating included. Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €60/stay; Bathroom linen hire: €8/person/stay. Tourist tax not included. Baby equipment available on request (no extra charge).
