This 5-person Holiday cottage welcomes you on the first floor, with a glassed-in entrance leading to the open-plan living room with direct access to the quiet, shady enclosed garden (olive, fig and magnolia trees), lounge and barbecue. A small courtyard at the front of the house leads to a bicycle garage. Free parking is available in front of the house. The entrance hall leads to the WC and the staircase leading to the first floor, where you'll find three bedrooms: the first with 1 double bed (140cm), the second with 2 twin beds (90cm), and the third with 1 double bed (120cm). A shower room and WC complete the set. Gas-fired boiler heating included. Optional extras: Single bed linen hire: €15/bed; Double bed linen hire: €20/bed; Bathroom linen hire: €8/person; End-of-stay cleaning: €85. Additional extras: Tourist tax.
