Thérèse and Serge Fillonneau, lovers of the region's heritage, are delighted to welcome you to their old stone farmhouse, which they have largely restored. It's a detached house located in the hamlet of Baude in the commune of Montreuil, with the owners' accommodation nearby. Ground floor: living room/kitchen/laundry room, shower room accessible to people with reduced mobility, wc, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed). First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 x 90cm beds in each), shower room/wc, bathroom (shower, bath), wc. Outside: the garden (1200m² LPO refuge) is enclosed and planted with trees. The Piscine is private (5x10m) with terrace (garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue). Large covered area for outdoor meals. Adult bikes (no Kids bikes), table tennis, kids' games. Hiking and cycling from the Holiday cottage. Weekends on request in Mid and Low Season (contact us for rates). The Vendée coast is 45 minutes away, while La Rochelle and Ile de Ré are 46 km away. Le Puy du fou is 1 h away.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: FOR SHORT STAYS IN MAY, ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES ARE TO BE CONSIDERED WITH THE OWNER .... Linen supplied (dishes, hands, napkins). Optional extras to be paid on site at end of stay: Housekeeping package: €50/stay; Bed linen rental: 1 pers./stay. 5€/bed 90/stay, bed 160: 10€/bed/stay; bathroom linen: 5€/pers./stay. In addition: - Visitor's tax - Oil heating and hot water production on meter reading on arrival and departure: to be paid at end of stay from October to May... - Sheet and towel hire available. Please let us know before your arrival. Beds made on arrival - Deposit of 300 € for vacation rentals and 800 € for professional contracts.

The Piscine is open from JUNE depending on the weather. It is EXCLUSIVELY reserved for tenants registered on the rental contract. A waiver for the use of the Piscine is signed on arrival at the Holiday cottage, and is regularly maintained by the owner.
