As soon as you arrive, you'll be able to see the Sea from the parking lot! Our typical fisherman's cottage was tastefully renovated in 2023. Located in Sion sur l'Océan, Saint Hilaire de Riez's seaside resort since 1900, our Holiday cottage Eugène, which sleeps up to 4 people, is in a quiet location close to the Beach and shops. The 5 Pineaux Beach can be reached on foot in around 5 minutes, from a footpath. 150m away is the Market, which takes place every Tuesday and Friday, and 350m away is the village of Sion, which has retained the charm of its typical 1900 houses. Here you'll find a wide range of shops (mini-market, bakery, fishmonger's, fishpond, bars and restaurants, bowling, laser game, Kids' play area, tourist office, bike hire, etc.). Access to Ile d'Yeu pier 2.5km away. Our Holiday cottage is perfect for a family holiday, with all the equipment you need to welcome a baby (bottle warmer, bathtub, Umbrella bed, stroller, etc.). The Eugène Holiday cottage is adjoined by a second Holiday cottage (Maria H85G025517). The 2 can be joined from the outside to accommodate a large group. This renovated house features a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom (with one 140-cm bed) that doubles as a living area, with a mezzanine above (one 140-cm bed, accessed via a ladder), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Outside, the bedroom opens onto a small, enclosed garden with a south-facing terrace that’s completely secluded from view.
At the front of the house, you’ll find an enclosed yard with parking for two vehicles and a second terrace (garden furniture, barbecue/plancha).

Additional charges: Tourist tax; Electric heating based on the main meter reading (minus 8 kWh/day for standard usage—to be paid on site).
