This Holiday cottage is 450 m from Morpoigne beach in Jard-sur Sea and can accommodate up to 8 people. The Marina is 300 m away and the Pé du Canon beach 600 m. The nearby cycle paths provide easy access to the beaches and the Vendée coastline. The location is also ideal for exploring Les Sables-d'Olonne (18 km), O'Gliss Park (13 km) and La Rochelle (43 km).

On the first floor, this brand-new house features a living room/kitchen with WIFI, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and TV, a bathroom and separate WC. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, each with its own TV: one with a 160cm bed, and two bedrooms with twin 80cm beds. A shower room and separate WC complete this floor. On the ground floor, you'll also find a bicycle cellar/garage where you can easily park your bikes. The Holiday cottage is fully air-conditioned and has an outdoor socket for recharging electric vehicles. Outside, you'll enjoy a shared, enclosed courtyard (with a seasonal rental) and private parking.

A private terrace with several steps, bioclimatic pergola, garden furniture, loungers, deckchairs and a plancha is also at your disposal. Benefit from a year-round heated Spa with a counter-current swimming zone and a relaxation area with massage jets.
