Between the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts (7 km) and the salt marshes of Beauvoir-sur-Mer (16 km), this Holiday cottage is the perfect base for discovering the north-western Vendée and its islands. Cruise the Marais Breton by yawl (1 km), visit the port of Le Bec (18 km), and take an excursion to Noirmoutier via the Gois Passage (19 km) or the bridge (23 km). For a change of scenery, head for Fromentine (20 km) and board a ship bound for Yeu Island.

This Bungalow offers you a living room/kitchen, fully equipped kitchen with toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle. A scullery with shower, a storeroom (access by 1 step), a bedroom with dressing room equipped with a bed 160, a baby bed and a TV, a second bedroom equipped with 2 twin beds 80, a third bedroom equipped with a bed 140 and a desk, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet. Outside, you'll find an enclosed garden with a terrace under a pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and play equipment for Kids (swing and sandpit). There's parking for 3 cars at the front of the house, and a plug socket for electric vehicles on the pergola terrace (near the bedroom bay window). You can bring your car in through the gate for an overnight charge. Heating included.
