Spend a couple's holiday in this Countryside holiday cottage, 1 km from Lake du Jaunay. You'll be close to the Le Grand Défi leisure park, the beaches of Brétignolles-sur Sea (13 km) and Lake d'Apremont (14.5 km). You can also take advantage of your visit to Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (19 km) and board a Boat for an excursion to the Ile d'Yeu.

On the first floor, you'll find a living room/kitchen with a 2-person Sauna and wood-burning stove, plus a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a mezzanine bedroom (1 bed 160) with shower (classic showerheads and shoulder shower) and washbasin. The mezzanine is crossed by a low beam (1.60m). Outside, you'll find an unenclosed gravel courtyard where you can park your vehicle, and a terrace on synthetic turf with table, chairs and deckchairs.

The accommodation is adjoining the owners' home.
