Stay in a 16th and 19th century dwelling, in the heart of a 7,000 m² property, between the Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park (23 km), the Vendée beaches (50 km) and the Puy du Fou (52 km).

This Holiday cottage comprises, on the first floor, a living room with fireplace, wood-burning stove and stereo, a kitchen, a small sitting room with TV and DVD player, a laundry room, a storeroom and a toilet. Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms, including one with 2 twin beds (90cm) and en-suite bathroom, one with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room, one with 2 single beds (90cm) and en-suite shower room, and one with 2 twin beds (90cm) and en-suite shower room, plus a separate WC. There's also a private outdoor area of 1,000m² with garden furniture and barbecue. The garden is surrounded by a moat. The Holiday cottage is adjoining the owners' accommodation. Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: 75€/stay; Sheet hire for 1 and 2 pers. 10€/bed/stay (beds made on arrival on request); Bathroom linen rental: 8/pers./stay. Additional charges: Tourist tax; Gas heating package: 13€/day (payable to the owner). Weekends and short stays are accepted outside July and August.
