This new, contemporary-style 143m² single-storey house (accessed via outside steps) comprises a 50m² living room/lounge/kitchen, and an independent toilet. A first sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (2 Bunk beds 90) (1 bed 140) (1 bed 140), a corridor with dressing room and storage space, a shower room/WC completes the house. On the other side, a fourth bedroom with private shower room (1 bed 140) opens onto the garden area. Finally, an annex adjoining the house with a bedroom (1 bed 140), a living room/kitchen and a shower room/WC completes the property.
The house has 497m² of grounds, with a section in front of the Holiday cottage with a swimming pool (6m x 3m, heated to 26/28°C from May 15 to October 15) and a pool house (summer kitchen and shower/WC), private parking and a solar shower. At the rear of the house, a second terrace is available for pleasant evenings around a gas barbecue.
WIFI internet access and connected loudspeaker.
Electric heating included. Optional pellet stove available on request from the owners (10€/flambée).
