Au Petit Bonheur des Gâts

Discover the Vendée during your stay in this gîte, located 15 km from La Roche sur Yon. In the center of the département, you can enjoy the fresh air in the Forêt des Gâts (500 m away), visit the Puy du Fou (42 km) and stroll along the beaches of Les Sables d'Olonne (49 km). With an indoor swimming pool and games room, there's plenty to keep you and your family or friends entertained.

This Holiday cottage comprises, on the first floor, a spacious living room/kitchen with wood-burning stove and karaoke equipment, a WC and a pool area where you'll find a wooden platform (access via 5 steps) with deckchairs and shower, giving access to the heated indoor pool (2.5 x 8m), accessible all year round. On the second floor, you'll find 4 bedrooms, 3 with a 160cm bed and 1 with a 160cm bed + 1 90cm bed, a shower room/WC, a laundry room, a second shower room and a separate WC. On the 2nd floor, with a slight sloping ceiling, you'll find 2 new bedrooms, each with a 200 + 1 90 bed and 3 90 beds, a bathroom, a shower room/WC, and a gaming room with billiards, table soccer, speakers and video projector. Outside, you'll enjoy 1,000m² of unenclosed wooded grounds, with terrace, garden furniture, lounge, barbecue, portico, ping-pong table and pétanque court. There's also a padel court on site, with rackets available on loan.

The Holiday cottage is attached to the owners' house and is located near a cattle farm.
A private caterer can prepare meals for you (please contact the owner 24 hours in advance).
