This Holiday cottage is 1.4 km from the center of Challans and 600 m from the train station. It can accommodate 4 people. It's a great base for exploring the surrounding area, including the Gois Passage, 22 km away.

The Holiday cottage is accessed by a short walk to the entrance. It comprises a living room with sofa bed, TV and air conditioning, and a kitchen. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a 140cm bed and two 90cm Bunk beds. A shower room and separate WC complete the accommodation. The house also benefits from a veranda (outside access). There's a shared washing machine, as well as a shared enclosed garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. Free parking is available in the street near the accommodation.

The apartment is located on the garden level of the owners' home. The Holiday cottage is close to a busy road.
