In the extension of the owners' house, single-storey gîte with independent, fully-equipped kitchen, large living-dining room with sofa bed (120cm wide) for 2 people. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 shower room with toilet. Terrace area with garden furniture and barbecue. Bed made up on arrival. Swimming pool (unheated) shared with owners and B&B guests. Pool size 4mX12m. 20 minutes from La Flèche zoo and 20 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack. Cleaning package €50 optional extra.

    Séjour au c?ur des bois

    Gîte spacieux pour 3 personnes (2 adultes et 1 enfant). Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits.
    Les + : piscine (non chauffée), entrée indépendante, grand terrain arboré,
    Les - : très proche de l'A11 que l'on entend pas mal de jour comme de nuit, Literie de moyenne qualité. Propreté passable. Le gîte aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement.

    Gîte au calme spacieux.

    Gîte à 20 minutes du zoo de la flèche, spacieux et propre. Très bonne accueil, piscine non chauffé mais rafraîchissante lorsque qu'il fait très chaud.

    séjour agréable

    douche un peu petite et glissante. Manque de lumière dans certaines pièces.( ampoules )
    dommage qu'on ait pas pu profiter de la piscine à cause du temps.
