Close to the A11 motorway, on the outskirts of Le Mans and 10 minutes from the 24 Hours race circuit. Gîte Louis is a comfortable, beautifully decorated little cocoon. For 2 or 4 people, in a green and peaceful setting. Independent, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, washing machine, fridge and freezer). Lounge area with flat-screen TV and comfortable 140 cm-wide sofa bed, separated from the lounge area by a bookcase. The bedroom has 1 x 160 cm bed.
