Located 20 minutes north of Le Mans, close to the Mancelles Alps, halfway between Le Mans and Alençon, the gîte is set within the Domaine de Boisclaireau. This 15th, 17th and 19th century property is set in English parkland, wooded with a variety of species, bordered by moats and meadows, and the owners will be delighted to share their history with you. Housed in the former grooms' quarters, in the extension of the large stables, the gîte de l'horloge can accommodate up to 6 people. Ground floor: large living room with lounge, dining area and kitchen. Separate toilet and utility room. Upstairs, long corridor leading to 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (110cm). 1 bathroom with bath, 1 washbasin and 1 separate WC. Beds will be made up on arrival. Internet access is also available. Heating extra 25€ per day.
