Les Vergers de St Nicolas

A bed and breakfast room on the upper floor of the owners' house, accessible from outside via a stone staircase. This room features a 160/200 bed and a small sitting area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, read, or simply relax in peace. A second room is available as part of the same reservation (a room with a 140/190 double bed) for an additional fee based on the number of guests. The bathroom and toilet are located on the same floor and are for the exclusive use of the bed and breakfast room (and the second room). You’ll also find a sitting area with a sofa, access to board games, a chess set, and reading material. The hot tub area is available from April through the end of September (weather permitting) for an additional 10 euros for 2 people for 30 minutes. The house is built of tuffeau stone and dates back to 1828.The garden, covering more than 7,000 m², is accessible via its terraces. Sheep and chickens roam part of the fenced-in property. A cleaning fee of 20 euros per stay will be charged on-site (including sheets, bath towels, cleaning, and services).
