You'll fall under the spell of this restored building, its volumes, its spaces, its magnificent garden with its swimming pool for relaxation, its 5-seater Jacuzzi, its fitness area and its brazier corner. Its equipment and facilities will enable you to share unique moments. Ground floor: a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with fireplace and large flat-screen TV. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and en-suite shower room with Italian shower, double washbasin and toilet for disabled access. 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 and private shower room (Italian shower and double basin), adjoining wc. 1 independent toilet with PRM access. 1 lounge/library with period fireplace and old bread oven. First floor: mezzanine with Telework area, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and en-suite shower room (Italian shower and washbasin) and separate wc. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and en-suite shower room (Italian shower and basin) and separate wc 2 adjoining bedrooms, 1 with 3 beds 90 and 1 with 4 beds 90. Bathroom shared by 2 bedrooms with double washbasin, bathtub and shower. 1 separate toilet. Private parking for several vehicles, with 1 electric recharging point. Piscine 9x4m heated from late May to late September. Petanque court, swings. A large terrace or the converted barn with its summer kitchen and 2 planchas, its bar and summer kitchen, a large rustic table (made from the beams of the old roof), table soccer, table tennis, darts are at your disposal for your convivial days or evenings with family or friends. A Spa has been set up in an adjoining room of this restored barn, with a direct view of the garden and its tall trees, and right next to the outdoor swimming pool, heated from late May to late September. Additional cleaning charge: €150 Supplement per animal per day: 10€.

Former buildings (small manor house, farmhouse and outbuildings) dating from the 16th and 18th centuries, completely renovated in 2023 with contemporary interior fittings, while retaining their original exterior appearance.
This 300 m2 building is set in 3000 m2 of landscaped grounds planted with trees in a nature zone; the property borders a footpath known as "les chemins creux", ideal for country walks, rest and relaxation.
The Countryside at the gateway to the City, 10 minutes from the TGV train station, 7 minutes from the Le Mans Nord freeway exit.
The 6 rooms open onto a private landscaped courtyard with a large two-hundred-year-old lime tree.
For decor and a reminder of the site's history, we've preserved a few elements of the past in the park (old cart, apple press, benches reconstituted from old roof beams, etc.).
