Close to the main sporting and tourist attractions of the Sarthe region, near La Flèche on the main Le Mans - Angers route, our gîte can accommodate family reunions or get-togethers with friends for up to 15 people, for a weekend or longer vacation. Set in 20,000 m² of enclosed woodland, this contemporary house comprises a 100 m² ground floor with: fitted kitchen opening onto a 45 m² living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, 1 dressing room and 1 washbasin, 1 shower room with Italian shower, separate toilet. The 80 m² first floor comprises: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 dressing room, a dormitory with 5 single beds (90cm), a shower room with Italian shower and WC. In the basement, WC and a 70m2 games room equipped with an adult billiard table, a children's billiard table, an adult foosball table, a children's foosball table and a ping-pong table (bring your own rackets). Outside: tennis court. The rental price includes electricity, water and gas heating, wood and internet for stays of less than 4 nights. From 4 nights: gas heating is extra and must be paid directly to the owner on site. Sheet hire: 10 euros per bed. Laundry service extra for companies. Cleaning service 120€ compulsory extra. Sheet rental: €10 per single or double bed. Bathroom linen rental 60€ extra. For short-stay rentals 2 nights, 3 nights, 4 nights: arrival 16H00 and departure 16H00.
