In the countryside and 10 minutes from Le Mans (3 minutes from the freeway exit and 10 minutes from the 24-hour race circuit, 10 minutes from the Pôle Européen du Cheval ...), we are delighted to welcome you to an old cowshed in a 15th century farmhouse, restored by us. The combination of natural materials (earth, straw, shingles, etc.) and more contemporary ones (metal, waxed concrete, etc.) enhances the building. The space is designed to be warm and inviting. It's ideal for family and friends, but also for professionals and telecommuters. The gîte is designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 people. To ensure the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, "noisy" parties are not accepted. .

Ground floor: large living room with wood-burning stove, open kitchen with central island and bar, 1 bedroom (2 90x200 beds) with private shower room (large Italian shower), separate toilet, terrace, PMR access. Floor: 1 bedroom with 3 beds (2 90x200 and 1 90x190), 1 bedroom with a 140x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and 1 90x190 bed, 1 shower room and separate WC. Twin beds possible. No smoking. Cleaning charge: 80 euros. Heating: stove (wood free of charge), electric booster (8 KW free per day, extra to be paid directly to owners) . Sheet rental: 8 euros/bed. Towel hire: 6 euros/person.
