In this peaceful environment, water and nature set the pace for your stay and invite you to fully enjoy the gentle way of life in the Sarthe countryside. Ideally located just 3 km from the A28, Ô fil de l’eau is a prime starting point for exploring the treasures of northern Sarthe and the gateway to the Orne. Nature lovers will appreciate the greenway connecting Chérancé to Mamers (17 km), the village pond, the unspoiled landscapes of the Alpes Mancelles, the trails of Saint-Léonard-des-Bois, the forest of Sillé-le-Guillaume, and the vast forests of the Perche region. Heritage enthusiasts can stroll through the narrow streets of Fresnay-sur-Sarthe, a “Petite Cité de Caractère,” explore Alençon, or head to Le Mans and its famous 24 Hours of Le Mans race track. Adjacent to a 8-person holiday cottage, this studio features tasteful decor and comfort. Entirely on the ground floor, it includes a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. One bedroom with a 140-cm bed. A bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. Beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen provided. Large green park areas, large private parking lot with a gate. The area in front of the holiday cottage is fully enclosed. A mandatory cleaning fee of 40€ applies for business travelers. Heating is an additional charge from October 1 to April 30: 15€/day. Heating usage is monitored; any excessive use will be billed.
