Halfway between Le Mans and Tours (10 km from Château du Loir) on the A28 freeway, Château du Loir exit, Maryse and Philippe CISSE welcome you to their gîte on the edge of the Bercé forest, classified as an exceptional forest in the Vallée du Loir region, set in 3,000 m2 of wooded grounds. First floor: 40 m2 living room with TV lounge and fireplace, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave), 1 bedroom with double bed and shower room, 1 billiard room, TV outlet, DVD player. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 2 interconnecting bedrooms with 4 single beds, bathroom or shower room, WC, TV outlet in each bedroom. Electric heating.terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, bowling green, linen room. Closed parking and garage. On-site dairy farm with free tour; opportunity to watch milking. Walking, horse-riding and mountain-biking trails in the Bercé forest start 50 m from the gîte. Bed linen (8€/bed) and towels (8€/pers.) available for hire. Baby equipment available. Electricity and firewood charges not included, to be paid directly to owners on departure. Internet wifi with fiber. Deposit 700 euros. Compulsory cleaning fee of €100, payable on booking or on arrival.

4/5Chaque chambre a son propre WC et douche. Grande pièce à vivre.
Très bien équipé en vaisselles et plats 3 réfrigérateurs, arrière cuisine.barbecue...
Il faut savoir que nous sommes dans une ferme et accepter les mouches et les odeurs salon le vent...
Parfait pour les grands groupes, grand jardin arboré et fleuri.

5/5Maison au top pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis au calme, à la campagne.
4 salles de bain et 5 WC, qui dit mieux ?!
Une cuisine pratique, 2 frigos, des grands plats, cocottes, etc pour préparer de grands repas.
Une grande table qui accueille tout le monde (même sur la terrasse).
De l'espace pour chacun.
La ferme juste à côté où l'on peut se promener à loisir est un plus, surtout pour les plus jeunes.
La maison est bien chauffée.
Et enfin, un accueil chaleureux très agréable !
