First floor: 40 m2 living room with sitting area and fireplace, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave), 1 bedroom with double bed and shower room, 1 billiards room. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 2 communicating bedrooms with 4 single beds, bathroom or shower room, WC. Electric heating.terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, pétanque court with boules available for adults and Kids, bicycles available, linen room. Closed parking and garage. On-site dairy farm with free visit to milking robot. Walking, horse-riding and mountain-biking trails in the Forest de Bercé start 50 m from the Holiday cottage. Bed linen (10€/bed) and towels (8€/pers.) available for hire. Baby equipment (Umbrella bed, high chair, cot, bath, changing table). Electricity and wood charges not included, to be paid directly to owners on departure. Wifi Internet access with fiber optic cable. Deposit €800. €100 compulsory cleaning charge to be paid on booking or on arrival.
