At your disposal, the Tilleul suite with 1 room with 1 bed 140 and 1 room with 1 bed width 100 (supplement of 75€ to be paid directly to the owners if requesting the 2 rooms for 2 people). Bathroom with bathtub and 1 separate toilet for the 2 bedrooms. Independent outside access for the suite. The Châtaignier room with 1 bed 140, bathroom (1 basin and a shower) and WC. Independent exterior access. The Prunus room, with access to the owners' house, with 1 bed 140, bathroom (basin and 1 shower) and 1 independent WC. Table d'hôtes on reservation (30 euros/pers all inclusive, wine and coffee). Enclosed wooded park alongside the river. Secure parking for vehicles in the courtyard. Karting, motocross 1 km away and aquatic center. Open all year round. Access: 18km south-east of Le Mans. A11 freeway, La Ferté-Bernard exit, towards Le Mans via RN23. Drive about 20km. On entering Montfort, 1st right at traffic circle. 1st house on left after Roman bridge.
