Just 10 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 15 minutes from Le Mans, this charming holiday cottage is ideal for a couple with two kids. It is located near the owners’ home but offers privacy. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, etc.) with a dining area and living area featuring a large corner sofa and a wood-burning stove. 1 separate toilet. 1 washing machine. Upstairs: a large bedroom with one 160x200 cm bed, a second bedroom with one 160x200 cm bed, and a 140 cm wide sofa bed. 1 bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and heated towel rack. Beds made on arrival. Heating included. South-facing outdoor terrace. This small house, featuring a bread oven, has been fully restored in keeping with tradition and offers guaranteed comfort and well-being in a charming setting steeped in history. A 5 m x 9 m natural swimming pool is available (access times to be arranged with the owners). Nordic bath available for an additional fee: €40 per use. Mandatory cleaning fee: €50 Bath towel rental: €10 per person.
