Nathalie and Wilfried will be happy to welcome you to this charming little 75 m² historic village house, fully equipped with all modern comforts and able to accommodate up to 8 people, located near the Charnie Forest. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living area with a kitchenette, dining area, and living room. There is one bedroom with a 140-bed and its own private bathroom, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. 1 large bedroom with a 140-bed, 2 90-beds, and a sofa bed for 2 people. Starting from the town center, the Petite Charnie Forest—owned by the National Forestry Office—offers numerous opportunities for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. There are many tourist attractions to explore near this quiet village, such as Sainte-Suzanne, a small town of character; the Saulges Caves; and the Le Mans Automobile Museum........ Parking for one vehicle in front of the house. Sheet rental: €12 per person, charged as an extra. Mandatory cleaning fee: €90 (+ €20 if bringing a pet)
