Architecturally restored vineyard house, halfway between Le Mans and Tours, on the heights of the Loir Valley, on the owners' farm. Stroll along the many hiking and mountain-biking trails that border the Holiday cottage. Nearby: Bercé national forest, Varennes Lake water sports center (Marçon), trout fishing in Dinan (fishing permit required), Le Mans race circuit, Châteaux de la Loire, etc. Unenclosed, very quiet area, with breathtaking views over the Countryside. Situated in a hamlet called "Le Pavillon", access is via a 300-meter-long communal path running through the "La Tibergerie" farm. Ground floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area in the veranda with 2-person sofa bed and TV. Room heated by pellet stove. (With ceiling grille to heat the upper floor). Access to bedroom on 2nd level from outside, via stone staircase: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 shower room (basin and shower) and WC. From the bedroom, via a miller's staircase, to the bedroom on the 3rd level: 3 beds 90. Bed linen included. Cleaning charge €50. Heating charge €10 per night.
