Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room and toilet. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 and private shower room and toilet. Mezzanine with 2-person sofa-bed. Additional 2-person sofa-bed in living room on ground floor. Total: 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs. Free private parking and Wi-Fi connection. In Montfort-le-Gesnois and the surrounding area, you can enjoy a range of activities, including Hiking. You'll be 23 km from the Le Mans racetrack and 16 km from the Le Mansgolfier Golf Club. Motor sports enthusiasts and other travelers can enjoy the view directly from their mounts inside the PADDOCK (sports cars, motorcycles, equestrian sports and more...). Equipped with conference systems, they can hold intelligible and effective meetings or enjoy concerts and films on the big screen, and finally they can enjoy a relaxation area with a Piscine and summer kitchen.
