Recently restored with their own gardens and parking, we are pleased to offer you our 2 Holiday cottages, in an old family farmhouse. They can be rented separately or together, depending on your requirements. Each Holiday cottage has its own outdoor space and private parking. When we renovated the gîtes in August 2024, we chose French-made bedding of "hotel palace" quality, and opted for antique furniture to create a warm atmosphere. We look forward to welcoming you! The Holiday cottage is in an old farmhouse 1.5km from the village of Moulins-le-Carbonnel. It is located on the first floor of an old restored building surrounded by green spaces: landscaped gardens, private terraces and a pond form the landscape of the property over a total surface area of 4,220 m2. Other dwellings cohabit with the Holiday cottage. This new house (6 to 8 people) can be rented on its own or in conjunction with La Bergerie (10 to 15 people). If you're planning a family get-together, or a party with friends, this is the ideal place to get together and enjoy the space. Access by staircase to the 1st level of the Holiday cottage: large independent living room with sofa bed, TV. Bathroom with washbasin and Italian shower, WC. Large fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with fireplace. Staircase to 2nd level with 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with 2 twin 80cm beds that can be made into a 160x200cm bed. 1 full bathroom and 1 WC/washbasin. Landing with sofa that can be used as a single bed. Access to Holiday cottage via private path and private outdoor area, picnic table and parasols, deckchairs, charcoal BBQ. Beds made on arrival and heating included. Everything is designed to make you feel like you're in a cosy cocoon: there's plenty of common space, and you can also get away from it all to enjoy a moment of independence with your favorite book! Cleaning is compulsory and extra: 80€.

The house is on two levels, accessed by an outside staircase. The front door opens onto a 35 m2 living room, with two windows overlooking the village and the hills of the Alpes Mancelles. The sober, welcoming decor features a natural coco carpet, mirrors, old photos and several lamps. On the right, a few steps lead up to the 30m2 kitchen, which doubles as a living room with a fireplace, cherry wood table (8 p), fridge, sideboard and schoolboy painting.

On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms with 160x200cm double beds that can be converted into 2 80x200cm beds on request, a bathroom/WC and another WC/sink. On the landing, a 90x200cm bed. All bedsteads and mattresses are brand-new (August 2024), French-made and "hotel palace" class. Mattress protectors are 100% organic cotton with waterproof fleece. The 7 cm thick mattress toppers provide comfort and firmness. Natural eco pillows are soft with an organic cotton cover. Comforters adapt to the seasons, light and thick at the same time, eco natural with their organic cotton cover. Fitted sheets, comforter covers and pillowcases are in organic cotton.
Each room has a storage cupboard, bedside tables, bedside lamps, a chair and one or 2 windows.
One room has a Kids Montessori bed.
