Not included: Electric heating and electricity (to be paid directly to the owner according to consumption). Sheet hire: €10 per bed extra. Base de loisirs with supervised swimming in season 9 kms away. Nearby attractions : Prytanée militaire and Zoo at La Flèche, Château du Lude and its gardens, Château de Bazouges sur le Loir, 24-hour Le Mans racetrack. Cleaning charge : 60€. Heating surcharge from October 01 to April 30: €10 per day. Fishing with permit available.
