Located close to the river Sarthe, in an authentic countryside setting, 5 km from Sablé sur Sarthe town center, these premises will enable you to organize your events and welcome your loved ones in a protected and secure environment. With its long history, the Logis de la Courbe has remained discreet throughout its successive transformations. From a fortified farm, it became a dwelling with the addition of a chapel in the 17th century, a dovecote in the 18th century and farm buildings in the 19th century, transforming it into a tenant farm. It comprises - 1 110 m² reception room with 14 beds upstairs - 1 PMR gîte sleeping 4 - 1 gîte sleeping 8 Courtyard with games (table soccer, table tennis). Playground: pétanque, swing, slide, basketball hoop. Outdoor games available.

* The 110 m² reception room can accommodate 100 people. It is equipped with 12 round or rectangular tables with fabric chairs, a kitchen with cold room, a video projector and a screen with Internet access.
Upstairs: 5 bedrooms with 2 or 3 90x200cm beds.

* The Pasteur gîte can accommodate 4 people and is equipped for PRM. Kitchenette - 2 beds 90x200 and 1 convertible.
