Holiday cottage located 45 min from Le Mans, in the Forest of Sillé le Guillaume, at the entrance to the Alpes Mancelles.

Whether you're a nature lover, a sports enthusiast, a family or a group of friends, our unoverlooked Holiday cottage is just what you're looking for. Featuring: a heated indoor swimming pool surrounded by underfloor heating, a fitness area overlooking the pool with a range of equipment available, a solarium with ping ping table, several terraces with gas barbecues, a pétanque court, direct access to the Forest.At the start of the Hiking trails, you can leave your car parked for the duration of your stay and take full advantage of the activities on offer nearby (accrobranche, Base de loisirs with beach, mini-golf, restaurants, tennis, ponies...)....) Fully equipped, the first part of our Holiday cottage comprises: 4 bedrooms, including a family mezzanine, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom, a living room with fireplace, a dining room with TV and table soccer, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a laundry room...
For the second part: a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with bathroom (view of the Piscine and the Forest) Pets allowed Please note that the Holiday cottage is on several levels and is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Saturday check-out time is 10 a.m. on Saturdays during school vacations and arrival at 5 p.m. On weekends, Friday check-in time is from 4 p.m. and Sunday check-out time on request.
