House, located in the heart of the Alpes mancelles, at the foot of the Hiking trails, all the nature activities on offer in the village and surrounding area, various cultural outings (Museums, chapels, exhibitions, protected parks and listed village), various restaurant shops, village events all year round. Entirely renovated and decorated in a Countryside-relaxing style, this comfortable Holiday cottage features large, bright rooms on both the ground and first floors. One bedroom and one bathroom are on the ground floor, making it ideal for people with reduced mobility. The Holiday cottage is close to our farm, which makes it easy to visit: calf-feeding is a favorite moment for everyone. It's also a time for sharing experiences... In winter, get back to basics by the fireplace (board games available, fireplace accessories for roasting chestnuts in autumn and grilling meat in winter). In summer, enjoy the terrace and barbecue, the space and large outdoor table, the boules pitch and ping pong table, the armchairs and the large courtyard. Bring your own bikes, or rent one from us - a closed storage area is at your disposal. For a weekend with friends, a romantic getaway, a family getaway or a successful Countryside vacation, welcome to our Le Douet Moreau holiday cottage... This Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 13 people. GROUND FLOOR: living room, sitting room (1 sofa bed) 1 sofa and 1 armchair, 1 open fireplace,(wood available for a few flambées) fitted kitchen (LV, fridge-freezer, microwave, traditional oven). 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90), 1 separate toilet, 1 shower room (Italian shower, 2 basins), hairdryer. Floor: 3 bedrooms 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90, 1 baby bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90, and a last bedroom with 2 beds 90 . 1 toilet with 1 hand-washer Baby accessories on request (high chair, changing mat, Umbrella bed). Utility room: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Included in the price: internet, wood for the fireplace Possibility to rent towels 6€/pers. Tourist tax not included. Cleaning fee: 100 euros. For more than 7 people: extra charge per person.
