Le Clos Monthébert

Le Clos Monthébert is a Holiday cottage in the heart of rolling Countryside, a haven of peace. It's an old farmhouse converted into a Countryside house, surrounded by one hectare of wooded and fenced parkland, a veritable jewel case of greenery. The Holiday cottage is located in an annex to the owners' house. Ground floor: entrance hall, bright, spacious, authentic, fully-equipped kitchen (hob, oven, large fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher...) with dining area. Large living-dining room in a brocante atmosphere, with rustic and modern charm. Chambre Plantagenet on the ground floor with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, en-suite shower room (Italian shower, washbasin and separate toilet). This spacious room is decorated in shades of gray and mauve, overlooking the garden. Chambre Bocage on the ground floor with 1 bed 140, (Italian shower, washbasin and separate toilet). This cosy room has a very mineral feel, with rough stone walls and terracotta floor tiles. Chambre 24 Heures on the first floor, accessed via a spiral staircase, with 2 90cm beds that can be made into 180cm beds and 1 90cm bed (bath, washbasin, walk-in shower and WC). This large attic room can accommodate a small family or 3 people each in a separate bed. Linen supplied and WIFI. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a fan and a hairdryer. In fine weather, an enclosed garden reserved for guests and a furnished terrace enable you to enjoy the peace and quiet and meals al fresco. The wooded park is also ideal for walks in the company of the house dog, an adorable Golden Retriever who is used to the owners' Kids. A magnificent 10 m x 5 m secure swimming pool, extended by a solarium terrace or pergola and deckchairs, and a 6-seater heated Spa, are available. The swimming pool shared with the owners is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., weather permitting. No alcohol is allowed in this area. The swimming pool is heated naturally (bubble cover), often providing a suitable temperature. Free, secure parking (gate with digicode) and possibility of a covered carport. Magnificent residence with every comfort, close to all the ingredients for a successful vacation: Base de loisirs de Brûlon (supervised swimming, canoeing, paddle surfing, pedal-boating ....) as well as the Papea theme park or La Flèche Zoo... Easy access via exits 8 and 9 of the A11, A28 and A81 freeways (approx. 20-25 mm).
