Les Patis

Located in the Perche region of Sarthe, 35 km from Le Mans and 15 km from La Ferté Bernard, the Les Pâtis gîte is at the heart of a farm, but with all its independence. Relax in the peace and quiet, stroll through the small villages and admire the countryside on foot or by bike along the many hiking trails. We also offer a range of activities for children, including a visit to the farm (milking Normandy cows and petting the calves). At your disposal: Independent, fully-equipped kitchen. Dining/living room with polyflame fireplace. 1 ground-floor bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed + 1 x 90cm pull-out bed, shower room with Italian shower and washbasin. 1 separate WC. Access to first floor via steep staircase secured by 2 child safety gates. Small mezzanine with 1 bed 70 . 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 70cm bed. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm). Bathroom (bath, washbasin, wc). Firewood at extra charge. Use of outdoor jacuzzi for 6 people: 50€ per session (1 session offered on a stay of at least 4 nights). Closed in winter. wifi internet connection (fiber) weak mobile connection.
