Country gîte in the Sarthe valley, close to Le Mans and its 24-hour race circuit. Just a few minutes from the A11 motorway, exit 9. for a short or long stay with family or friends. A mix of styles for this place, with both antique and modern objects, the spiral staircase is certainly the most atypical object in this gîte.

The glass roof separating the master bedroom from the shower room gives this room plenty of natural light.
The Kids' bedroom has that old-fashioned feel, where fun and board games take over from outdoor strolls.
This little corner of greenery will be the perfect opportunity to regain possession of your time, reconnect with your loved ones and (re)discover nature.
The Holiday cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a 160x200 bed (or two single beds) and a shower room / dressing room (washing machine).
The second bedroom has three 90x200 single beds and an independent shower room. Toilets on each level.
