Near the A11, just outside Le Mans and 10 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack, a charming countryside house with exposed stone and beams, set on a working farm in a lush, bucolic setting surrounded by cows. Private courtyard and terrace. Three adjoining holiday cottages in the same farmhouse.

Ground floor: living/dining room, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90x190), separate WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1: bed 140x190 + 1 bed 90X190, 2: 2 bunk beds 90x190), shower room. Additional equipment: baby equipment, freezer. Included: bed linen (beds made on arrival), wood-chip heating. Not included: household linen, cleaning fee (80€).
