A 20-minute walk from the town center (10 minutes by bus), in a very quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes from the legendary Le Mans 24-hour race track, come and discover the medieval Plantagenet city with its Gallo-Roman walls. Very spacious and comfortable villa in a green setting. An unsecured natural swimming pool is available for refreshing. Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and lounge with ornamental fireplace and large flat-screen TV. 1 separate toilet and 1 large shower room with Italian shower. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160. Bathroom with washbasin and bathtub with shower. Mezzanine with sports equipment (weight bench), sitting area with TV and 2-seater convertible sofa (sleeps 2). Geothermal heating included. Additional tourist tax payable directly to owner on departure. Boules pitch. Courtyard with garden furniture. Owner visits once a day to care for his animals (bequettes, sheep, chickens) discreetly.... Sheet hire: 10€/pers.
