La Terrasse du Loir

The Holiday cottage "La Terrasse du Loir" (open since 2021), is private (travelers have the cottage to themselves). The swimming pool and telescopic cover were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29° and measures 7.50m x 4m. For 2026: Piscine heated from Friday March 20 to Sunday November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Piscine heated from Friday March 26 to Monday November 1 inclusive. The telescopic enclosure measures 10.40m x 6.20m at its widest and 1.80m at its highest. The advantage of the shelter is that you can stay warm indoors in mixed weather, and it can be fully or partially opened. This is essential if you want to enjoy your Piscine all year round. The enclosure is larger than the Piscine, so some people can sunbathe or sit on chairs inside, while others have fun in the water. For an ideal stay with family or friends, the 115m2 Holiday cottage + its magnificent 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir is located 2km from the Zoo. Sleeps 10 with the 4 bedrooms. 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room. 900 m² of waterfront grounds. Comfort, Zoo atmosphere and serenity on the banks of the Loir are guaranteed in the Holiday cottage "La Terrasse du Loir". It's a great place for a good time, but not for birthday parties or other parties that might disturb the peace and quiet of nearby neighbors. We're not in an isolated spot. We're not far from the La Flèche Zoo and the Lake de la Monnerie, which is a 10-minute walk away via the Moulin de la Bruère footbridge. On site, you can rent canoes and bicycles, go fishing or relax on the superb Beach, which is supervised in July and August.

The Holiday cottage is located on the first floor (not accessible to people with reduced mobility) and offers, in addition to the accommodation, a large terrace (24 m²) overlooking the river Loir.

1 shower room with large Italian shower and double basin. Separate WC. 2 bedrooms with 1 Bed 140 x 200 and 2 bedrooms with 1 Bed 140 x 200 and 1 Mezzanine bed 90 x 200. A large dressing room shared by all 4 bedrooms (board games available). Ground floor: shower room with WC. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, with on-site games (badminton net and racket, Molky, adult and Kids petanque, wooden shuffleboard, Beach racket).

Optional cleaning package: €70 (Cleaning of gas barbecue, crockery and sorting in containers must be done even if you take the cleaning package).

MANDATORY linen kit: 50€ (sheets, comforter and comforter cover, towels), beds made on arrival.
