Ideally located 10 minutes from the La Flèche Zoo and 30 minutes from the 24 Hours race circuit, La Roseraie has been designed as a large family home, for moments of conviviality and relaxation, and is perfectly equipped. It can accommodate up to 10 people. The large landscaped garden, overlooking the Loir and the rose bushes, is enclosed and ideal for relaxing. A 10m x 3.5m swimming pool, heated from mid-May to mid-September, is at your disposal. Ground floor: large entrance hall, living room with fireplace, TV, separate dining room for family meals, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room. 1 bathroom (bath and shower), 1 separate WC. A winter lounge to contemplate the loir and the garden. Upstairs: 5 bedrooms. 1 large dormitory bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm), 1 small annex bedroom with 1 single bed (90cm), 2 bedrooms each with 1 single bed (140cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (160cm). Bathroom, WC. Equipment: fridge/freezer, hob (4 gas rings), oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer - fireplace, crockery, food processor and household equipment, TV, Internet access and WiFi. Towels for hire: €5 per person. Terrace, barbecue, garden furniture Outside: several parking spaces in the small square in front of the gîte. Only one pet allowed per stay. Deposit of 100€ required. Compulsory cleaning charge: 150€. Weekend rental: arrival on Friday from 6.00 pm and departure on Sunday between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm.
