The gîte comprises a living room with sitting area, dining room and open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave), 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed, cupboards, desk, TV and en-suite shower room with WC, the second with a double bed, cupboards, desk and en-suite shower room with WC, as well as a separate area with 2 single bunk beds. A separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine complete this gîte. Wifi, closed private parking. Beds made up on arrival. Heating included. Cleaning charge for professionals 50€. A deposit of 300€ is required on arrival.
