La Rive du Loir

The Holiday cottage "La Rive du Loir" is private (travelers have the cottage to themselves), we received the first travelers in July 2025. For an ideal stay with family or friends, this charming house with a capacity of 11 people (including 2 people with the sofa bed in the living room), is located on the river bank. Parking is an integral part of the property. We are located 3km from La Flèche Zoo. The Piscine and telescopic shelter were installed at the end of 2024. It is heated to 29° on the following dates: For 2026: Piscine heated from Friday March 27 to Sunday November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Piscine heated from Friday March 26 to Monday November 1 inclusive. We have an electric curtain plus a telescopic cover that is 1.80m high at its highest point, so that you can get in standing up. The advantage of the cover is that you can stay warm inside in case of inclement weather, and it can be fully or partially opened, which is essential if you want to enjoy the Piscine most of the year. Please note: this area is suitable for entertaining, but not for birthday parties or other parties that might disturb the peace and quiet of nearby neighbors. We are not in an isolated area. We have a large terrace around the Piscine with deckchairs overlooking the river "Le Loir". Down below, we have a pétanque court. There's a gate to the Loir and a pontoon for lounging or fishing.

At your disposal, we have a beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with TV, sofa bed, pellet stove, free internet access. WC at the back of the kitchen.

A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double vanity unit with a large mirror, and a second separate toilet accessible from the shower room.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available on site.
In front of the house, we have a sheltered terrace offering a magnificent view over the grounds and the river.
From the outside :
A 4th self-contained bedroom is accessible 10 meters from the house, with a 140cm x 190cm bed, shower and 3rd wall-hung WC, TV.

A large gated parking lot is available (with space for four cars).
A bicycle shelter is available outside, with a badminton net and racket inside, a Molky, a petanque game for adults and Kids, shuffleboard on a wooden board, a Beach racket, a dart board...

The welcome booklet provides information on shops, restaurants and activities in the area.

We're also close to the La Flèche Zoo and the Lake de la Monnerie, a 10-minute walk via the Moulin de la Bruère footbridge. On site, you can rent canoes and bicycles, go fishing or relax on the superb Beach, which is supervised in July and August.
Angers, Le Mans and Saumur are 45 minutes from the Holiday cottage.

Optional cleaning package: 50€ (Cleaning of gas barbecue, crockery and sorting in containers must be done even if you take the cleaning package).

Linen kit Obligatory and extra: 50€ (sheets, comforter and comforter cover, towels), beds will be made on arrival.
