Gîte located in the Perche Sarthois region, 25 kms from La Ferté Bernard, 20 minutes from the freeway exit, on the edge of the large Vibraye forest, in an old 19th-century building near the owners. Ground floor: living room with fireplace, open-plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed (140cm), ensuite shower and WC. Upstairs, two bedrooms: 1 with 1x140 bed and 1x90 bed, and 1 with 1x140 bed. Each with shower and WC. Swimming pool 10m x 5m (at the owners'), open from June to mid-September, straw hut available. Electric heating (8 kws per day included in rental price) and wood (65 euros per stere) extra plus 70 euros cleaning charge payable on site. Bed linen provided. Dogs only.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour alliant visite et repos au bord de la piscine.
Quiétude et ressourcement assuré.
Le gite est très satisfaisant, propre et bien équipé.
Chacun a son intimité et les aménagements ont été très bien pensé à cet effet.

Nous n’étions que de passage pour aller assister au Grand Prix de France moto au Mans mais l’endroit était vraiment très sympa, très calme et très propre. Nous avons été vraiment très bien accueilli par Jacky
