Situated at the gateway to the Perche region, 40 minutes from Le Mans, in a lovely rural setting. Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, etc.) with dining area. 1 bedroom with 160cm bed and a second bedroom with 160cm bed, large bathroom with washbasin, large corner bath and WC. Access to the converted wooden Chalet, with library and wood-burning stove. Beds made on arrival, towels on request €5/pers. Heating included. Hiking trails nearby. High-speed Wifi Internet connection and parking spaces on the property. Additional cleaning charge: €40.
