Enclosed parking for 3 cars and a 3-car garage inside the property. Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house. Green Up electric charging station. Not included in the rental price: Compulsory cleaning fee for professionals: 75€. Heating 80€ per week. Sheet rental: 20€/bed. Ground floor: home reception and equipped kitchen. Upstairs: mezzanine with internet access and lounge. Room 1 Caroline: room for 2 people with washbasin and 140cm double bed, private bathroom and WC. Room 2 Sénégal: room for 2 people with a 160cm bed. Room 3 Diablotins: room with 2 single beds (90X200). Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC to be shared with room 2. Bed linen €20 per room extra.
