Located 25 minutes north of Le Mans, close to the Mancelles Alps and the Perche region, the gîte is part of the Domaine de Crottay. This elegantly built 18th and 19th century property features colorful gardens, wooded parkland, meadows and orchards, providing a natural backdrop to a corner of nature that the owners love to share. Heated swimming pool from May to September. Tennis, walks, hide-and-seek games, tree houses, sculpted trees: there's plenty of fun to be had for young and old alike! It's a little nature paradise close to Beaumont sur Sarthe and its shops. Separate fully-equipped kitchen (2-burner gas hob). 1 bathroom with washbasin and walk-in shower. 1 separate WC. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 connecting bedroom with 1 single bed (90cm), 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (140cm). First floor: entrance hall. Living room with kitchenette (2-burner hob). 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and en-suite shower room and wc and 1 large bedroom with 1 bed 160 and en-suite shower room and wc. 1 small children's bedroom with 1 bed 90. Internet access. Games room (shared with the other gîte) with pool table, table soccer, home trainer.....Bocce pitch, tennis court. Possibility of reserving a single additional room, annexed to the gîte, with 1 room for 2 people, 1 bed 140, shower room with wc (€50/night for the additional room with a minimum of 2 nights.
