Situated 35km from Le Mans and the 24-hour race circuit, in a character house with stone walls and exposed beams, in a calm and soothing setting, you'll enjoy a pleasant stay in this pretty farmhouse. Outdoor space of 2200 m². GROUND FLOOR: a large, open, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room with wood-burning stove, a large living room with wood-burning stove (there is also underfloor heating throughout the house) bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm) a bathroom with a large corner bathtub and a large Italian shower, as well as a double washbasin separate toilet First floor : bedroom with 2 beds 90 and 2 beds 140 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 4 beds 90 (can be twinned) bathroom with bath and toilet mezzanine for luggage storage (11 beds, sleeps 15). No smoking. South-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol. Petanque court. Large barn can be used as a reception room. Lockable garage for extra rental. Linen rental available. Internet access available. Cleaning not included, to be done or paid for on site €150.
